satilement1 I WILL ONLY USE RPCI have purchased more that 100 properties and know executives at several banks but I will reply exclusively on RPC for all my commercial financing.  Every single time, RPC is able to get me better terms than I can get for myself and they handle every aspect of the process.  I literally turn the file over to them, wait to receive some term sheets, then prepare for closing.  In several cases, RPC closed on loans I never thought were within reach including a $2.5MM conduit loan on mixed use properties.   Mark B.
