Terms from 3 to 15 years amortizations to 30 years on multi-family and credits, 25 years on other property types. Rates start in the 4’s for 5-year terms, LTV to 80%. Non recourse generally available for “A” quality loans over $5 million.
Construction Loans $1.5M and up. Loan-to-cost up to 90% depending on property type, rates start at 5% floating over prime.
Bridge Loans Start at $5M. Terms of up to 3 years and loan-to-value to 80%. non-cash flowing deals considered.
